Vita Flex Treatments
Vita Flex - “Vita Flex” Technique means “vitality through the reflexes”. When combined with essential oils applied through a specific application of hand rotation movements on contact points of the body, a vibrational healing energy is released through the electrical impulses by contact between the fingertips and the reflex points. This reflex system of controls encompasses the entire body and mind releasing all kinds of tension, congestion and imbalances. This technique is believed to have originated in Tibet many of thousands of years ago long before acupuncture was ever discovered. The procedure can happen sitting up or lying down depending on the treatment.

For women who wear high heels, please ask about our special heal massage. Applied to the face, head, feet, shins and/or hands. 'Therapeutic' grade essential oils are also used to enhance results.
Sinus Decongestion Massage
A clearing of the sinuses and hay fever using essential oils. When sinuses are infected or inflamed this facial massage combined with Vita Flex applied to the trigger points on the feet can help reduce aggravating symptoms.

This is a great massage for those who get migraines or headaches often and carry a lot of stress in the upper back, neck, shoulders and head area. It will help to increase oxygen in the blood, reduce inflammation, at a much faster and effective rate.
